These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MerdekaWin platform, including all services, games, promotions, and content provided by MerdekaWin on merdekawin.online. These Terms take effect from the date you first register or access the MerdekaWin platform.

By clicking the "Register" or "I Agree" button during the registration process, or by continuing to use the MerdekaWin platform after any notice of amendment to these Terms has been sent to you, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

MerdekaWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any amendments take effect upon being published on this page. It is the player's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the MerdekaWin platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use MerdekaWin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. MerdekaWin does not permit anyone under this age to use the platform in any capacity. Age verification is carried out during the registration process and may be requested again at the point of withdrawal.
• Legal Eligibility: You must be legally eligible to participate in online gambling activities under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is entirely the player's responsibility to ensure that their participation on the MerdekaWin platform is lawful under their local laws.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under the influence of medication, alcohol, or any condition that impairs your judgment when making betting decisions.

Each MerdekaWin player is permitted one account only. Opening more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. MerdekaWin reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your MerdekaWin username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. • Each account is for the sole personal use of its owner — transferring an account to another party is strictly prohibited

• Inaccurate or outdated account information may cause delays in withdrawal processing

MerdekaWin accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

All deposits on MerdekaWin are processed in MYR. MerdekaWin does not accept foreign currencies or payment methods from outside Malaysia. Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on the MerdekaWin platform and cannot be transferred to other players.

MerdekaWin reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source or linked to money laundering activity. Any declined deposit will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

MerdekaWin players may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Bonus Rollover Requirements: If you have claimed a bonus, all applicable rollover requirements must be met in full before winnings can be withdrawn. Balances derived from bonus-free deposits are not subject to any rollover conditions.

MerdekaWin offers a range of promotions and bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus offer carries its own terms and conditions, which are displayed alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses at MerdekaWin unless stated otherwise:

• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus once only (except recurring bonuses such as weekly reloads).
• Bonuses may not be claimed concurrently with other bonuses unless specifically permitted

The MerdekaWin Loyalty Programme awards reward points to active players based on total wagers placed. Points can be redeemed for game credits at the exchange rate stated on the loyalty programme page. Any unredeemed points will expire automatically after 12 months.

• Collusion fraud — colluding with other players to exploit vulnerabilities in games or betting systems
• Money laundering — using the MerdekaWin platform to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means
• Multi-accounting — registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through another person
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses or promotions in a manner that goes against the intent and spirit of the offer
• System disruption — any attempt to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the operations of the MerdekaWin platform
• Threatening behaviour — insulting, threatening, or harassing any member of the support team or any other player on MerdekaWin

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in a written warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

MerdekaWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failed identity verification or false information detected
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or fraud
• Requests from competent authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (prior notice will be sent)

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, MerdekaWin reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances. Balances from genuine deposits will be returned once the investigation is concluded and no fraud is confirmed.

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player themselves
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond MerdekaWin's control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party provider issues

MerdekaWin's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
